Terms of Service

By booking a session with 94co, you agree to the following terms. These terms protect both 94co and the client and ensure a smooth experience.

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer is required to hold your date.

• Remaining balance is due on or before the session date, or in special cases anytime before the gallery is delivered.

• Sessions are not confirmed until the retainer is paid.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you cancel, the retainer cannot be refunded.

• You may reschedule once with advance notice (at least 48 hours).

• If 94co must cancel, you may receive a full refund or choose a new date.

3. Weather & Timing

• The photographer may reschedule sessions due to bad weather or unsafe conditions.

• Please arrive on time; late arrival may shorten your session.

4. Editing & Delivery

• Clients will receive edited digital images within 2-6 weeks depending on session.

• RAW/unedited files are not provided.

: Raw photos are not provided to clients or shared with any third party. These files are considered unfinished, unprocessed materials that do not reflect the final quality, style, or standard of the photographer’s work. They require professional editing, color correction, and artistic direction to achieve the polished look that clients expect and that represents the brand accurately.

Because of this, raw files are not used, stored long-term, or sold. Retaining or distributing them can lead to inconsistencies in quality, misrepresentation of the photographer’s work, and potential misuse of images that were never intended for public viewing. By only delivering fully edited, finalized images, the integrity of the work is preserved, and clients receive a cohesive, high-quality product that aligns with the intended creative vision.

This approach also ensures a streamlined workflow, protects intellectual property, and maintains professional standards across every delivered gallery.

• Editing style is consistent with the photographer’s portfolio, in order to keep a personal creative style.

5. Copyright & Usage

• 94co owns all copyrights to the images.

• Clients receive permission to use images for personal use (printing, sharing on social media, etc.).

• Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Photographer Portfolio Use

• The photographer may use images for their website, social media, and portfolio unless you request otherwise before the session.

7. Liability

• The photographer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage during the session.

• If equipment fails or images are lost, liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid.

8. Cooperation

• Clients agree to follow instructions and behave respectfully.

• Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.

9. Prints & Quality

• Image quality may vary between print labs. 94co is not responsible for prints ordered through third-party services.
